IRAYA ALTHEA offers premium ethnic wear, jewellery, and accessories.

Our clothing collections are primarily made to order, while jewellery and selected accessories are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.

We strive to display our products, colours, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. Due to artisan craftsmanship, fabric dye variations, photography, lighting, and individual screen settings, slight variations may occur and shall not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, prices, and descriptions without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specifically mentioned.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed, except for eligible Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Partial COD may require an advance payment to confirm your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.

4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your request.

For made-to-order garments, our team may contact you to confirm measurements, product specifications, delivery timelines, and other order details before production begins.

IRAYA ALTHEA reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product category.

Made-to-order garments require production before dispatch, while ready-to-ship jewellery is dispatched within the applicable processing time.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible ready-to-ship jewellery may qualify for exchange or replacement in accordance with our Return Policy.
