Processing times vary depending on the product category.
Made-to-Order Clothing
Our clothing collections are individually crafted after your order is confirmed. Production typically requires 7–12 business days before dispatch.
Ready-to-Ship Jewellery
Ready-to-ship jewellery orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines begin after dispatch.
Within India
Made-to-Order Clothing: 10–15 Business Days
Ready-to-Ship Jewellery: 3–7 Business Days
International Orders
Made-to-Order Clothing: 15–25 Business Days
Ready-to-Ship Jewellery: 7–15 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination, product category, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
5. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of placing an order.
IRAYA ALTHEA shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
6. International Orders

Customs clearance procedures may result in additional delivery time beyond our estimated timelines.

If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs (where applicable).
