Our Story
IRAYA ALTHEA began with a simple frustration: that "luxury" in Indian fashion so often meant either mass production dressed up in ornate packaging, or handcraft priced beyond reach of the women it should belong to.
We wanted to build something in between — a house where embroidery is still done by hand, where a lehenga takes weeks rather than days, and where the price reflects the work rather than the marketing around it.
We are, deliberately, still young. What we offer instead of decades of history is attention — to fabric, to fit, to the person wearing the piece long after the occasion has passed. That is the story we are writing, one collection at a time.
