Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
